Restaurant is owned by RoyalCakeClub (“We/Us”). We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the Website and it shall be your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you use this Website and your continued use of the Website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.

You agree to

We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason (or no reason) including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or product description, or an error in your order. In the event that we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.

3. Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872.

5. You agree that your use of the Website is a limited license granted by us. We reserves a right to discontinue your account without providing you any reason thereof.

PRICES:

All Prices declared on the Website are exclusive of taxes. Please verify the total payable amount during checkout before placing the order. Our prices are liable to change anytime without notifying you. You shall be responsible for full payment of the order received by you. All charges payable shall be displayed on the Website, no extra charges would be application for these services.

PAYMENT:

You are allowed to choose between various payments options while placing an order on the Website. You agree to use your own debit/credit card or bank details for transaction. We would not be responsible for misuse of your card if all the security checks are verified. You agree that the methods of payment may be updated from time to time on the Website. You agree to review the same and use our Website and suitable payment option accordingly.

PLACING ORDERS:

The acceptance of order on phone is subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted.

The delivery of the perishable items like cakes, flowers, photo mugs etc will be made only once at the allocated time.

Change of address will not be done if the order is set for delivery. But still you can get it changed before 3 hours of delivery.

If the concerned person is not available for accepting the order at delivery location, then the order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. If you want Re-delivery which may cost you 75 to 100 rs, depending upon the delivery location.

There is no guarantee of time delivery in case of midnight delivery on special occasions like New Year, Christmas, Valentine Day etc but we try hard to fulfill the order on time.

Once you receive the cake, please check it and if it is damaged you are authorized to return it to the delivery agent. We will provide you with the same cake in the next few with no extra cost.

IF PINCODE NOT ACCEPTED BY RoyalCakeClub

The given Pincode is either wrong or not serviceable for delivery.

Please ensure that the correct Pincode is always entered for the recipient’s address.

Error in this may lead to cancellation of the order without any refund.

DELIVERY:

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon RoyalCakeClub's shipment. Thereafter RoyalCakeClub will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product. RoyalCakeClub will self-deliver orders on a date chosen by the order placer. There will be no guarantee on time of delivery, but sometimes due to external factors like traffic, strikes, strict public holidays, etc., your order might take a few more minutes though we will try our level best to deliver on the exact time as requested by user/customer of Site.

For daytime delivery, delivery time ranges from 11 AM to 11 PM

For midnight orders, delivery could be made anytime between 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM

No refund will be made in case orders fails to be delivered within the provided time window.

Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm the availability of the recipient before choosing the delivery time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case. If Re delivery has been asked which may cost of min of 100 rs for the delivery.

For rescheduling order, you need to inform us at-least 24 hours before delivery time.

IF RECIPIENT RECEIVES THE CAKE IN DAMAGED CONDITION

Recipient should check the cake before signing the receipt.

If found damaged, recipient should refuse to accept the cake.

Delivery person will return with a replacement. Kindly allow a minimum of 2 hours for the replacement.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:

Please note that all orders shall be considered confirmed unless you cancel the order before it is dispatched to you. You need to call us in order to cancel your order or to change your order before its dispatch. There are no cancellation charges if you cancel your order in the given timelines. All the communications will be shared with you on your registered mobile number or email id.

COMPLAINTS AND REFUND:

You can contact us at the phone number provided to you while placing the specific order or email us at sales@croylcakeclub.com with complete details of the complaint encountered by you. We shall try to fix the issue amicably.

However if there is any legal dispute, then such dispute shall be handled by a sole arbitrator appointed by us under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of Arbitration shall be English only and the location shall be Delhi.In case you come across a manufacturing defect and to request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us about your problem for refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 30 days period.

LICENSE:

You agree that your usage of the Website is a limited license to place an order using the Website. This license is to access the Website for personal use. You are not authorized to modify or download any portion of the Website without written consent of us. You do not have commercial license to use this Website. No part of this Website shall be used by you for any commercial purpose without written consent from us.

We, our logo and content displayed on our Website is exclusive intellectual property of ours. We have copyright over its unique software and compilation used in working of this Website.
