Refund Policy


The acceptance of orders on the phone is subject to the availability of products, delivery areas, and time. The order may or may not be accepted.

The delivery of perishable items like cakes, flowers, photo mugs, etc will be made only once at the allocated time.

Change of address will not be done if the order is set for delivery. But still, you can get it changed before 3 hours of delivery.

If the concerned person is not available to accept the order at the delivery location, then the order will be canceled and no refund will be made. If you want Re-delivery it may cost you 75 to 100 rs, depending upon the delivery location.

There is no guarantee of time delivery in case of midnight delivery on special occasions like New Year, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc but we try hard to fulfill the order on time.

Once you receive the cake, please check it and if it is damaged you are authorized to return it to the delivery agent. We will provide you with the same cake in the next few with no extra cost.


The given Pincode is either wrong or not serviceable for delivery.

Please ensure that the correct Pincode is always entered for the recipient’s address.

Error in this may lead to cancellation of the order without any refund.

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall be passed on to you upon RoyalCakeClub's shipment. Thereafter RoyalCakeClub will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product. RoyalCakeClub will self-deliver orders on the date chosen by the order placer. There will be no guarantee on time of delivery, but sometimes due to external factors like traffic, strikes, strict public holidays, etc., your order might take a few more minutes though we will try our level best to deliver on the exact time as requested by user/customer of Site.

For daytime delivery, delivery time ranges from 11 AM to 11 PM

For midnight orders, delivery could be made anytime between 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM

No refund will be made in case orders fail to be delivered within a provided time window.

Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm the availability of the recipient before choosing the delivery time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will not be made and the order will be canceled. No refund will be made in such case. If Re-delivery has been asked it may cost of min of 100 rs for the delivery.

For rescheduling an order, you need to inform us at least 24 hours before delivery time.


The recipient should check the cake before signing the receipt.

If found damaged, the recipient should refuse to accept the cake.

The delivery person will return with a replacement. Kindly allow a minimum of 2 hours for the replacement.


Please note that all orders shall be considered confirmed unless you cancel the order before it is dispatched to you. You need to call us in order to cancel your order or to change your order before its dispatch. There are no cancellation charges if you cancel your order in the given timelines. All the communications will be shared with you on your registered mobile number or email id.


You can contact us at the phone number provided to you while placing the specific order or email us at with complete details of the complaint encountered by you. We shall try to fix the issue amicably.

However, if there is any legal dispute, then such dispute shall be handled by a sole arbitrator appointed by us under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of Arbitration shall be English only and the location shall be Delhi. In case you come across a manufacturing defect and to request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us about your problem with a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 30 days period.
